What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Most bundles are offered as preorder to ensure premium quality and freshness. Processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed promptly. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

How many bundles do I need?

For lengths 14”–22”, 3 bundles are typically sufficient.

For lengths 24” and longer, we recommend 4 bundles for a fuller look.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the hygienic nature of virgin hair extensions, all sales are final.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos and original packaging intact. Each case is reviewed individually.

Can I return hair after installation?

No. Hair that has been installed, washed, cut, colored, brushed, or altered in any way is not eligible for review.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our bundles can last 1-3+ years depending on maintenance and frequency of wear.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. Our hair can be professionally colored and bleached to 613. We strongly recommend using a licensed stylist to maintain integrity.

Will the hair shed?

Our bundles are double wefted to ensure minimal shedding, but shedding is unavoidable. Sealing wefts before installation can add longevity.

How is length measured?

Curly and wavy textures are measured when stretched. The appearance of length may vary depending on curl pattern.
