    Processing & Shipping Policy

    • Processing time: 3–5 business days (unless otherwise stated).

    • Shipping time: 5–7 business days after processing.

    • During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

    Once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued, we are not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Lost packages

    • Stolen packages

    • Packages marked as delivered

    All delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

    Address Accuracy Policy

    Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

    • Original packaging intact

    Failure to report an issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery voids eligibility for review.

    We reserve the right to review all claims and determine eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion.

    Bundles that have been installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, chemically processed, or altered in any way are not eligible for review.

    Customers must thoroughly inspect all products before installation.

    Installation, alteration, washing, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, or removal of bundle ties constitutes full acceptance of the product.

    We are not responsible for concerns reported after the product has been altered in any way.

    All disputes will be formally challenged with supporting documentation, including:

    Due to the natural nature of virgin hair, slight variations in texture, pattern, and natural color may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

    Curly and wavy hair textures are measured when stretched. The appearance of length may vary depending on curl pattern.
